The CPABC Burnaby/New Westminster Chapter has created a new award at Douglas College to recognize a 3rd or 4th year student in the Bachelor of Business Administration Program with a concentration in Data Analytics.

This $1,000 award, funded by the generosity of chapter members and matched by the CPAEF, is selected by Douglas College.  The chapter and CPAEF have pledged to support this award for a minimum of three years.

Han Shu, CPA CA, chair of the CPABC Burnaby/New Westminster Chapter said, “we are delighted to support Douglas College students and wish them every success as they pursue their careers.”  David Chiang CPA CA, vice-president member advice & programs, echoed this sentiment, “the CPAEF is delighted to create this new award and also congratulates Douglas College on their 50th anniversary.”

Students can contact Douglas College Foundation to find out more about this award.
