Royal Roads University (RRU) has announced that Jaswinder (Jazz) Bamra has received the 2017/18 CPA Education Foundation (CPAEF) Award for $1,000.

The CPAEF Award recognizes a RRU student based on their academic performance and interest in pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant program.   This year’s recipient is in the Masters of Business Administration – Executive Management program and will be convocating in June.  Jazz said, “thank you for your support in providing funding for my program.  The award is an honor to receive and very much appreciated.”

The CPAEF has offered an award to a RRU student since 2003.  Over the past 15 years, many students who have received awards have become professional accountants.
