Celebrating 20 Years of Support for TRU Students

The CPA Education Foundation, and legacy accounting educational foundations, have been long term supporters of Thompson Rivers University (TRU) in Kamloops BC.

The CPAEF and the local CPABC Kamloops/Cariboo Chapter currently  provide four annual scholarships to accounting students in the TRU School of Business and Economics.

Accounting faculty also receive invitations to attend the CPAEF’s biennial Accounting Educators Symposium, an annual Academic PD Passport which entitles academic members to two complimentary training days through CPABC’s extensive PD program, and speaker series grants to support faculty development.

The CPAEF has been recognized by the TRU Foundation as a “Donor Leader” for its support and is named on a donor wall located on TRU’s Kamloops campus.
